Safwat Marzouk, guest writer for the Practicing Reconciliation blog, shares some of the challenges that he has been wrestling with as a Christian Egyptian who lives and teaches biblical studies in the US. From Habakkuk he has learned words of lament that empower him to speak against cycles of injustice and violence, even from the distance.
