About Shana
Shana is the project facilitator for , the at-home faith formation initiative of Shine Curriculum, a joint project of Brethren Press and MennoMedia. As the owner of , Shana offers pastors a blend of coaching and spiritual direction. Previously, she was the formation minister for Central Plains Mennonite Conference (1998-2018) and Mennonite Church USA (2018-2022).
Why I am at 香蕉影视
Church leadership is a high and holy calling. It is also really challenging in this time of constant change. Having resourced, accompanied and been friends with many pastors over the years, my calling now is to accompany and equip pastors and spiritual leaders on their leadership journey.
What I do at 香蕉影视
I am a spiritual formation mentor for DMin students and an instructor in the Practical Leadership Training program.
How might students expect to interact with you?
As a DMin mentor, I check in with students regarding their experience of spiritual formation in the program. As a PLT instructor, my class on spiritual practices for leadership vitality combines research-based leadership practices with classic Christian practices to strengthen the leadership capacity of pastors and spiritual leaders.
